What is EFT ?
Emotional Freedom Therapy or EFT, offers a powerful approach which engages the individual's energy system and subconscious mind in healing.
EFT is based on a new discovery regarding the subtle energies in the body. It could be said to be an emotional version of acupuncture - of course no needles are necessary.
Instead, by the client being guided to tap specific meridian point with the fingertips a balancing effect is produced which can reduce blockages related to the problem. Points upon the face, arm and hand are normally worked upon. No undressing is required.

EFT can also be booked as a stand-alone therapy session if you prefer.
